Course Details

Humans are multi-leveled beings. Our awareness stretches from the finite to the infinite. This course explores the nuts and bolts of soul consciousness and the unique capacities of the human spirit.

 

Course Sessions

Every session is 2 hours long and includes teaching, meditation, breakout groups, practical exercises, textual study, and Q&A.

1. Multi-leveled Beings

We are multi-leveled beings that experience numerous states of consciousness every day and live on several worlds at once. This session explores the nature of the different levels of awareness that make up our day to day reality and the impact of soul contact on our life and consciousness.

2. The 5 Levels of the Soul

Session two investigates the five component parts that make up the essential nature of the soul - nefesh, ruach, neshama, chaya and yechida - and the place of each aspect of the soul in our journey through life.

3. Spiritual Bodies

The four bodies of a human being in incarnation - the physical, astral, mental bodies, and the body of spiritual centers or sefirot. We will also investigate the tzelem  or divine image – the body of the soul. 

4. The Personal Dimension of our Soul Connections

The final session explores the relationship between the individual personality in incarnation and his or her spiritual source in the higher worlds – the soul family. It also looks at our connection with other types of spiritual contacts that overshadow us at crucial oments in our journey.
