Course Description
Â
Session One:Â The Supernal Torah
The 16th century mystic, Rabbi Isaac Luria, the Ari, speaks about a Supernal Torah that holds all wisdom, knowledge, and truth. In this session, we explore how we connect to this Supernal Torah and access the eternal truth that belongs to each of us.
Â
Session Two: Connecting to our Truth I
How do we tap into our truth—into the knowledge at the core of our being? This session explores how we bring through the wisdom that is held within our personal supernal letter into our human consciousness.Â
Â
Session Three:Â Connecting to our Truth II
We continue the investigation we began in the last session into the ways and means of connecting to our own letter—to the eternal truth that is our very core.Â
Session Four: Instruments of Truth
This session outlines the steps we need to take to transform ourselves into potent instruments of truth in the world.
Â
Course Format
Each session is 2 hours long and includes teaching, meditation, breakout groups, practical exercises, textual study, and Q&A.

What our students are saying
With all that is happening in the world, and all that is not, I find that skepticism takes hold of me over the course of my week. Then Sunday evening comes, I join your class, meditate and learn, and my faith in that which exists beyond this small realm of ours is renewed. What a blessing.
